Sales and Leasing Agents

Alarca is actively seeking to partner with motivated, customer-centric agents who want to build their client base and/or diversify their income-stream through Property Management. We work with multiple investors looking to expand their portfolios and with homeowners who are currently renting but will be looking to sell once the market value of their homes increases. Administrative Assistant
/ Entry Level Portfolio Administrator
The successful Administrative Assistant and Entry Level Portfolio Administrator will be ultra-focused on providing world-class customer service to our clients (tenants and owners). Responsibilities include greeting clients and guests, answering phones and emails, collecting rents, sending tenant communications, taking repair requests and other general property management duties. This is an entry level position with the opportunity for advancement.

Maintenance Supervisor
The Maintenance Supervisor (MS) oversees all work required to maintain and prepare properties for rent or sale. The MS will have a general knowledge of typical household repairs, but will NOT be required to make the actual repairs. The MS will work with vendors to obtain industry-best pricing and service levels and will follow up with tenants to ensure work has been completed professionally. The MS must be courteous and professional and live up to Alarca's Core Principles at all times.
