TENANT ORIENTATION SERVICES

The first month is always the most difficult and time-consuming for the Landlord and/or Property Manager. Alarca will manage the first month of a new tenant for you.

• Walk tenant through the home and point out the systems (circuit breakers, fuses, water shut-off, filter locations, etc).
• Administer the move-in report
• Ensure that all utilities are transferred to the tenant’s name
• Make any necessary owner-authorized repairs
