Dec 27, 2011 - Happy New Year! - Alarca will be closing at 1:00pm on Friday, December 30 and will be closed on Monday, January 2.
Dec 15, 2011 - Credit Card Rental Payments will NOT be accepted in 2012 - Due to fees and restrictions that credit card companies are placing on their payments, Alarca will NOT accept credit card payments for rent in 2012. Credit Card payment of Online Application Fees will still be accepted.
Oct 25, 2011 - Alarca can make your Property Tax Payments - Let us make your property tax payments for you for any property we manage. For only $10 per bill, we'll make the payment from your rent proceeds AND your payment will show on your year-end statement!
Mar 15, 2011 - Owner Draws can now be Deposited Directly to your Account - Edit your payment information via your owner portal. Click the Owner Portal User Guide link to the left for more information.
Feb 11, 2011 - Mecklenburg County Tax Revaluations have been issued - Is your property tax value too high? You need to send your appeal request by mid-March. If you need assistance with your appeal data, check out this site for more information - www.fightmecktaxes.com
Feb 1, 2011 - Alarca now accepts online payments - You may now make payments via eCheck or Credit Card through your Owner Portal or Tenant Portal links to the left. Our residents can contact us to have their rent automatically drafted from their account every month.

Alarca Property Management has been accepted as a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). NARPM is the nation's only professional organization for managers of single-family and small multi-family residential properties.

Aug 1, 2010 - Tenant Portal is Now Active
The Alarca Property Management Tenant Portal is now active. This web-based portal is available 24/7 and allows our tenants to view their ledgers, place maintenance requests and otherwise communicate with us. Later this year you will also be able to pay your rent via the portal either through online checks or credit card payments. If you'd like access to the portal, please click the Tenant Portal link to the left and then click the Sign Up button.
