Alarca Juno Ledger Privacy Policy

Alarca Juno Ledger is a private internal bookkeeping integration operated by Alarca Realty. This policy explains how information is handled when the integration connects to QuickBooks Online or other approved Alarca systems.

Alarca uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. These may include restricted access, credential protection, encrypted connections, logging, and separation of development and production environments.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and Alarca cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data retention

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for accounting, operational, legal, security, and recordkeeping purposes. Authentication credentials may be revoked or deleted when access is no longer required.

Disconnecting the integration

An authorized user may disconnect Alarca Juno Ledger through QuickBooks Online or by contacting Alarca Realty. Disconnecting the integration stops future access but may not delete records already created in QuickBooks or retained for lawful business purposes.

Changes to this policy

Alarca may update this policy as the integration or legal requirements change. The effective date shown above will be revised when material changes are made.
