Alarca Juno Ledger Terms of Use

Alarca Juno Ledger is a private internal bookkeeping integration operated by Alarca Realty. It is used only by authorized Alarca personnel to support accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliation, reporting, and related administrative work.

Alarca Juno Ledger is not offered for sale or general public use. Access is limited to authorized users acting on behalf of Alarca Realty.

The integration may connect to QuickBooks Online and may read, organize, reconcile, or create accounting records when authorized by Alarca Realty. Its use is subject to Alarca's internal approval procedures, accounting controls, and security requirements.

Users must not use Alarca Juno Ledger for unauthorized access, unlawful activity, personal purposes, or any purpose outside approved Alarca business operations.

Access may be suspended or revoked at any time. Alarca may modify, restrict, or discontinue the integration without notice.

The integration is provided for internal operational use. While Alarca uses reasonable care in its design and operation, no software or data-processing system can be guaranteed to be error-free or continuously available. Authorized users remain responsible for reviewing material accounting activity and reporting errors or concerns.
