What Does It Take to Earn CRMC® Certification?

- The applying firm must have an MPM® (Master Property Manager) designee on staff
- The firm must have at least 500 unit-years of management experience
- Candidacy requires a formal notice to NARPM's national membership and a mentor assigned from the Professional Development Committee
- The firm must satisfy a detailed checklist covering operations, systems, staffing, training, and client relations
- An independent CRMC® auditor conducts an on-site audit of the firm's operations
- The firm must score 90% or higher on that audit to be certified
- Renewal is required annually, and full recertification is required every three years
