Alarca’s network of approved vendors and our in-house maintenance experts ensure that the work on your property is professionally completed at fair prices. Our negotiated volume-discounts are passed on to you and Alarca does not charge additional fees or markups on maintenance for your property. Most of the repairs we order are covered by a one-year guarantee from the vendor.
Accounting & Reporting
You’ll never be surprised at month-end. We provide 100% visibility into accounting, bookkeeping, and financials via our owner portal. This gives you 24/7 visibility into your account via computer or your phone. Additionally, you will be assigned a Client Service Specialist who will be there to answer any questions you may have about your account.

In order to protect our clients, Alarca will cover court costs and attorney fees up to $5,000 in the rare case we need to file eviction on an Alarca-placed resident.

Most pet-owners are responsible and ensure their pets don’t damage their home. In the case where an Alarca-authorized pet caused damage to the home, Alarca will cover up to $3,000 in damages at move-out.
